Extending beyond a simple calendar and organizational app, Workflow allows a user to break down project tasks according to three basic categories of importance: MUST DO, SHOULD DO, and WANT TO DO. The app allows a user to give feedback on their own performance by filling-in progress bars as various elements of a task are completed. In addition, contacts can be synced with the user's address book, grouped into categories and linked to specific projects. This provides easy access to everyone involved in a particular project.
